A change of plan

Even while the project is being built, your original design team is still here to help you in any way we can. If you have a last-minute addition or revision you want to incorporate into the project, let us know. We can make revisions on the fly, re-pricing the work and re-briefing all the trades involved in the build.


We hand-pick all the tradespeople that we work with and personally inspect their various certifications and accreditations. All workers on our build team will be accredited by their appropriate industry bodies, including CABE, CIAT, Gas Safe, Part P, and whichever other organisations are relevant. We also ensure that all trades carry suitable public liability insurance for your added peace of mind.

How it Works

Once your Planning journey with us has ended, simply let us know that you want us to handle the build phase. We get a Bill of Quantities from our Quantity Surveyor, and price everything with our trade partners before returning to you to present the Build Phase quotation . We will then set up your site, brief all trades on what we need them to do, and book them in for the work. Once everything is confirmed, we can break ground on the project, you can then sit back and watch your dreams become a reality with Plans 2 Extend.

No more self-management

While it can be tempting to manage the project yourself, things inevitably go wrong. After all, you hire builders, joiners, and other tradespeople because they are experts at their job.
